Minimum Qualification:

Graduates (other than Engineering graduates) with minimum of 50% marks / equivalent grade from any recognized university. Candidates should be graduates as of 01-08-2014.

Those who are awaiting results of degree examination/pursuing degree shall not be eligible to apply.

Candidates should be computer literate and able to speak Hindi & English.

Age Limit:

Minimum 18 years to Maximum 26 years [Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1988 and not later than 01-08-1996 (both days inclusive)] as on 01-08-2014.

The age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Selection:

By online test tentatively scheduled on October 2014 at Bangalore, Bagalkot, Belgaum, Bidar, Bellary, Chikmagalur, Chikkaballapura, Davangere, Dharwad, Gulbarga, Hassan, Haveri, Hubli, Mangalore, Mysore, Shimoga, Tumkur and Udupi Centers. However, the Bank reserves the right to change the center/venue depending upon the administrative exigencies/requirements. Candidates who are successful in the online test will be called for an interview. No allowances/reimbursement will be payable / made for attending the test/ interview. Selected candidates should execute a Bond to work for a minimum period of three years failing which they are required to pay the liquidated damages as may be prescribed in the appointment offer.

Appointment & Emoluments:

Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of six months and on satisfactory completion of the probationary period, will be confirmed, subject to the rules and regulations of the Bank. Salary will be as per All India Level Settlements (Current approximate Gross Salary is Rs.20,815/-p.m. Exclusive of hospitalization reimbursement, LFC etc.)

GANPATI SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN VASAI ROAD AND RATNAGIRI

For the convenience of passengers, railways have decided to run 12 special trips of Ganpati Special trains between Vasai Road and Ratnagiri.

Train No.00117 Vasai Road-Ratnagiri Special Train will leave Vasai Road at 13.45 hrs and reach Ratnagiri at 21.50 hrs, on the same day.

Similarly, in return direction Train No.00118 Ratnagiri- Vasai Road Special Train will leave Ratnagiri at 05.15 hrs and will arrive Vasai Road at 13.00 hrs, the same day.

Train Nos. 00117 / 00118 will run on 26th, 27th & 29th August and on 2nd, 5th & 9th September, 2014 from Vasai Road & Ratnagiri respectively.

These special trains will halt at Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Savarda & Sangameshwar stations in both the directions.

The train will have II Seating reserved Coaches and Second Class General Coaches.

Booking for Train No 00117 will open on 25th August, 2014.

Goods Train Derailment at Karanjadi o­n Konkan Railway

7 Wagons of a goods train derailed (out of which 4 capsized) at Karanjadi railway station (about 205 km from Mumbai) o­n Konkan Railway at 6.28 am o­n 24.8.2014 resulting in disruption of train service o­n this section.

Gondavale Budruk, located on the Satara Pandharpur Road, is famous for the Mausoleum of Shree Gondavalekar Maharaj. Shree Gondavalekar Maharaj was a Hindu Saint, spread Ram Bhakti (worship of Lord Rama) and the knowledge of spiritualism. Shree Gondavalekar Maharaj established numerous temples of Lord Rama all over India. He has a large number of followers from all over Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and some part of Karnataka. Sahastrakund Waterfall

The Sahastrakund waterfall is on the Banganga River in Murli village. The village Murli is located in the Nanded District of Maharashtra State, India. The waterfalls will be available round the year, as river Banganga makes from four to five places only to meet the Holy Godavari River. The Rock Pattern here is equally interesting, as the black rock appears like a metal. But be careful, you should not come too close, because you are sure to get wet if you do. Remember, the water does come down with a lot of speed. The Banganga River is wide too at this place, and this is what makes the Sahastrakund waterfall appear so impressive.
