Dear Shridharji,

I am having VAT Regn within Pune limit, I purchase material from Pune limit & outside pune .

i sell only outside Pune limit where LBT is not there. What will be my liability in this case?

I which amt LBT is to be paid ? purchase or sale

I also provide service for installation to outside clients .Is any LBT is applicable on labour charges?

If I transfer My VAt registration ouside the Pune limit to my Site godown/office address, will it be ok? what will LBT liability then.
